Stirling Caiulo
Stirling is a mixed media artist based in Melbourne, Australia. We’re transfixed with his totally distinctive style that uses a mixture of charcoal, graphite and acrylic paint to create portraits which blend the boundaries between abstraction and realism. He also demonstrates his striking ability to navigate light and shadow through his intricate and densely layered charcoal drawings.

Uplifted and energised. I think art reflects the way the artist communicates in general and after a conversation I hope people feel this way.

Any gallery in Paris because I would like to move there someday.
What keeps you going through the day?
Schedule. If I don’t plan my day out, I get side-tracked very easily.
